The HUB vision - To support care managers from all older people, adult, learning disability and mental health care services to, development managers, address skill gaps for the wider care workforce and identify recruitment and retention initiatives that will contribute to good quality care and support for the people they support.

We will do this by;

• Engagement with registered managers and nurses in social care to identify issues and barriers that affect good quality care provision
• Work with internal and external partners to source or develop learning opportunities to meet identified skill gaps
• Promotion of funding available to the sector to support learning and development activities
• Highlight career pathways and development opportunities that can benefit retention
• Promote health and wellbeing resources, services and support available to the sector
• Raise awareness with the sector on technology solutions and innovation within the care sector
• Work with a wide range of local, regional and national partners to highlight recruitment initiatives and support available to care providers.
