At "It's Your Choice Activities Service," we are an affordable and inclusive day service for adults with disabilities and additional needs. We are currently based at Pie Factory Music in Ramsgate every Tuesday and Friday between 10 am and 2 pm.

Our core mission is to provide a welcoming community space where we help people socialise, build confidence, and develop essential life skills. We focus on giving our participants genuine choice and opportunity in what they do. Our varied program includes accessible activities for all abilities, such as arts and crafts (like painting and slime making), life skills (cooking sessions), various games (bingo and quizzes), and engaging physical sports (including boxing, archery, and yoga). By keeping our sessions low-cost, we ensure that more adults can access our service, enjoy themselves, and make new friends.
