The Freedom Centre is a day centre that provides care and support to adults with both physical disabilities and moderate learning disabilities. We are open Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 3:00pm and our daily activities include art classes three days a week with a professional art tutor, craft classes twice a week, swimming, armchair exercises,  we also regularly have games such as bingo, quizzes and various card games and board games. We have a kitchen which provides wonderful hot meals, sandwiches, salads and puddings on a daily basis for a small cost and we also regularly go out for meals and day trips. The Freedom Centre prides itself on providing our members with a happy and uplifting atmosphere where we think of ourselves as a big family, and we are always happy to welcome new members into our family.
