NBE FITNESS

NBE FITNESS runs sessions in community spaces or taking people out into nature to move their bodies, relax, eat food or create crafts such as painting. NBE FITNESS provides support for those who feel marginalised from main stream community spaces due to their visible or invisible difference. We bring people together to improve their mental and physical wellbeing so they can improve their long term health, feel more energised and have a positive look on their life.
