Citizens Advice Swanley

Citizens Advice in North & West Kent (CANWK) is the local Citizens Advice in Swanley, Gravesham, Dartford, Sevenoaks, Tonbridge & Malling, and Tunbridge Wells. It is an independent charity and part of the Citizens Advice network across England and Wales.

CANWK offers free, independent, confidential, and impartial advice on a range of issues to people across North & West Kent. Their specialist advice areas include energy, debt, housing, and immigration advice.


The charity's goal is to help everyone find a way forward, whoever you are and whatever problem you face.

Meet & Greet Service

The charity provides a Meet & Greet service at the Swanley Link, where a friendly member of the team will help people access their advice services. They can also accept and make copies of documents ahead of appointments. Please note that our Meet & Greet team are not Advisers and cannot give advice.

Tuesday to Thursday from 9:30am to 1:00pm
