Citizens Advice in North & West Kent (also known as CANWK) is the local advice charity for people in North & West Kent. We are an independent charity and part of the Citizens Advice network across England and Wales.

We give free, independent, confidential, and impartial advice to people across North & West Kent. Our six offices are based in Gravesend, Dartford, Swanley, Sevenoaks, Tonbridge, and Tunbridge Wells.

We help people by providing advice across a range of everyday issues. Our specialist advice areas include debt, benefits, housing, employment, and immigration advice.

We also provide additional support services to help people locally, such as through scams awareness, energy advice talks, digital skills training, and money management support.

Our goal is to help everyone find a way forward, no matter who they are or what problem they face.
