MoneyHelper is a free service from the UK government that gives you advice on managing your money. They help with things like budgeting, saving, dealing with debt, and planning for retirement. They also have tools to help you make smart financial choices. All advice is unbiased and aims to improve your financial well-being.

Food or energy in a crisis
If you've experienced an unforeseeable, short-term crisis or you're facing exceptional pressures because of an emergency, we may be able to offer you:
- supermarket vouchers (to buy food, toiletries and nappies)
- gas or electric fuel vouchers (prepayment meters only).
