Private Pay Service
Kent County Council’s Technology Enhanced Lives Service has been created to support an individual on their care journey, no matter when they join or their personal circumstances. Kent County Council is keen to provide different ways to access this support as we appreciate that you may prefer to manage your own care and not be known to Social Care.
The Technology Enhanced Lives Private Pay Service, provided by Argenti, has been developed to empower you to manage your own care technology. With the ability to speak to an expert from the team to discuss your personal situation, identifying the correct piece of technology for you couldn’t be easier.
The Technology Enhanced Lives Private Pay Service:
- Provides you the opportunity to manage your own care without being known to Kent County Council’s Social Care
- Speak to an expert in the team to find a solution right for your personal circumstances
- Be in control of your care with the ability to add to or remove care technology to your preference

Would you like to try out a piece of technology to gain confidence and make an informed decision? If so, please book a 30 minute visit to one of our TELS Demo Rooms. As part of this opportunity you will be able too:
- Have a face-to-face conversation with an expert in Assistive Technology
- Discover solutions that could make a real difference
- Get hands-on with the equipment to find the right solution for you
