What it does:

• This watch has an easy-touch SOS button that can raise an alarm anywhere, indoors or outdoors, when linked to our monitoring centre.
• It has two-way speech, so you can talk to the monitoring centre to get the right help.
• The GPS function allows us to find you accurately and send help quickly.
• It tells the time and monitors your heart rate, steps, and calories to help you stay active.
• The watch runs on the 4G network, is water-resistant, and comes with an 'at-home' beacon to save battery life. It also includes a magnetic charging pad for easy charging.

How it works:

• Detecting a 'hard fall': If enabled, the falls detector senses hard falls and sends an automatic alarm, or you can press the SOS button. You'll be connected to one of our friendly operators.
• Speak to us: Talk to our helpful operators through the watch's speaker. If they can't hear you, they will get the appropriate help.
• Help is on its way: The operator will contact your nominated key holder (relative, friend, carer) or the emergency services.
