The Forces Connect app is a free mobile tool designed to help members of the Armed Forces community—including serving personnel, veterans, and their families—quickly access local support services. Developed by the Armed Forces Network, it provides tailored information and contact details for services across various counties, all accessible in just a few taps.

Kent and Medway Armed Forces Network
The Kent and Medway Armed Forces Network (KMAFN) is a multi-organisational group which includes members from the NHS, Ministry of Defence, Armed Forces Reservists, mental and physical health clinicians, the Royal British Legion and other interested charities and organisations from across Kent and Medway.

East Kent Mind: Veterans Project
East Kent Mind’s Veterans Project supports the wellbeing of veterans, reservists and the adult family members of the armed forces. Veterans living in the Thanet and Canterbury City Council districts of Kent are eligible to join the project, which includes a mix of mental health support, health and lifestyles surveys, 1-2-1 support alongside trips and excursions to help combat social isolation.
